Surfside experienced dramatic growth in lodging revenues during 2010, its second full year in operation. By year-end, total rental income will have grown nearly 80% from 2009 levels.  Average income per unit will have grown 35% to just over $72,000 per unit, well on our way to our goal of $96,000 per unit per year! 

Part of this growth was due to corporate and wedding business.  However, the majority resulted from Surfside beginning to develop its own return customer base, as well as from word of mouth, as guests began telling others about their Surfside experiences.

Waves of Superior Spa at Surfside also had a great growth year in 2010.  Revenue more than doubled from 2009, as word got around about the North Shore’s only full service resort spa.
