Last weekend we hosted our first of three Relax, Renew, Preview weekends -- an exclusive offer for guests who want to preview Surfside and learn more about shared ownership. On the Relax, Renew, Preview Package guests receive 50% OFF the regular rental rates on a two night weekend stay and attend a wine and cheese reception on Saturday afternoon to learn more about ownership at Surfside on Lake Superior.

More than 25 guests attended our wine and cheese reception last Saturday, enjoying delicious appetizers prepared by the Coho Café & Bakery, as well as a selection of white and red wines.

Superior Waters -- Surfside's world-class spa, pool and recreation center continues to progress rapidly. Inside the new Superior Waters Spa, the walls are painted and the knotty-pine tongue and groove ceiling is installed. It won't be long before the North Shore's most premier spa opens its doors to the public and then let the pampering begin!

Last weekend was “Owner’s Weekend” at Bluefin Bay where owners of Bluefin units attend their annual meeting. Thanks to all the owners who stopped by to visit us at Surfside. It was nice to hear so many favorable comments from an experienced group of owners!

Despite this resilient winter weather on the North Shore, the level of interest and the level of inquires has continued to elevate as the development progresses. There are many quality people touring the site and familiarizing themselves with the fractional ownership concept.

Surfside’s world-class spa, pool and recreation building is making headway. The conference center and meeting/break-out rooms are now shingled and it’s exciting to see the framework for the 40-foot lap pool taking shape. Our fourth tri-plex building (Units 15 –17) is now under construction and the views are beyond belief.
