As I sit here writing this from the dining room table in Unit 17, I become awestruck each time I look up from my laptop and see the unbelievable panoramic views from this unit. Unit 17 is situated so close to the water that it feels like I’m on a cruise ship right now…really! I’ve toured many properties along the North Shore, and the views from these Surfside units are among the most spectacular I’ve seen anywhere. Unit 17 is one of three new townhomes that just recently opened. Units 15, 16, and 17 will be available for nightly rentals beginning on February 1st. We’ve already had some owners up to stay in their new vacation homes and the finished products are even better than what they had envisioned!
