Green Shoots
I captured this beautiful rainbow on Friday evening at Surfside just as a brief rain shower passed through the Lutsen – Tofte area and over Lake Superior…Spectacular!As evidenced by the adjacent photo, the green shoots of spring are evident at Surfside. The green shoots of an economic recovery are also evident. Our third closing in two weeks will be taking place this upcoming week. Many are beginning to recognize the value in what Surfside has to offer its owners. Owning at Surfside is a practical, affordable, tangible, stable and maintenance-free investment that owners and their friends and family will be able to use and enjoy for many years to come. Wine Lovers at Surfside
Surfside's sister-resort, Bluefin Bay, is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year! The official celebration started on May 1st with the semiannual Food and Wine Lovers event at Bluefin. Surfside hosted its first wine tasting event on Saturday afternoon in Surfside's new Lakeside Ballroom. The wine tasting featured a selection of wines from Johnson Brothers Wine and Liquor Company. Stuart Sutherland from Johnson Brothers emceed the wine tasting event at Surfside and those in attendance enjoyed a variety of fine wine samplings and an excellent presentation by Mr. Sutherland.
I'd like to thank everyone who stopped by the open house at Surfside during Wine Lovers weekend to learn more about fractional ownership opportunities at Surfside. Surfside is the only luxury townhome development on Lake Superior in the Lutsen Tofte area to offer fractional ownership opportunities. We will be hosting regular weekend open houses at Surfside throughout the summer. I look forward to seeing you soon!
