It's finally summer at Surfside on Lake Superior and we are thrilled to share these photos of our new resort taken from the water by Surfside quarter-share owner David Aune on one of his recent visits. The shoreline is dramatic as seen from Lake Superior and our coastal contemporary townhomes look gorgeous from this vantage point.

This past weekend we held the third in a series of Relax, Renew, Preview events for prospective buyers. More than 40 people attended our wine and cheese reception and pondered the possibilities of shared ownership. We're planning four more Relax, Renew, Preview Weekends in September and October.
