Then the rains came...

After battling record rain fall during critical construction time this fall, we are now making steady progress at Surfside on Superior. All three of the Phase One townhomes (each containing three homes) have been completely shelled in. In fact, on October 25th we will be moving in furniture and completely decorating our first two townhomes!

The attention to detail is shining through. Lots of indirect light, interesting angles and soaring vaulted ceilings, all topped off with clean, crisp contemporary finishings, including granite countertops, stainless appliances, slate corner fireplaces and light maple hardwood flooring and millwork throughout.

Construction is now also underway for our guest services building, laundry facility and employee housing. We are hopeful, in spite of the continuing inclement weather, that we will be able to get the foundation for the pool and spa recreation building in this fall.

We still have a few choice units available in Phase One. Once we commence our marketing campaign, we expect that to change quickly! Despite the housing downturn we are all hearing about in the media, our new owners also recognize, (due to the limited supply), that there is a small window of opportunity to own a luxury townhome at Surfside on Lake Superior.

The new owners especially like the multiple decks and patios (4-6 per townhome) overlooking the magnificent Lake Superior. At least one deck will be out of the prevailing wind at all times!

If you are in the area, stop by and visit the model. It is the center townhome in the middle tri-unit complex. We will be open Friday and Saturday. All other days by appointment.

We look forward to seeing you.
